Speeds, prices, coverage percentages, and availability are sourced from public data (primarily the FCC Broadband Data Collection) and from publicly advertised provider pricing; actual service at any address is determined solely by the respective provider.
Data source and accuracy
Coverage data is derived from the FCC Broadband Data Collection (BDC) public dataset. See broadbandmap.fcc.gov for the authoritative source. FCC data is reported by providers and is subject to the limitations documented by the FCC. We aggregate this data to the county level and present it per city; edge-level accuracy (specific buildings, apartments, or blocks) may differ.
Speed rankings are computed as avg_download_speed × 0.7 + coverage_percentage × 10 with a minimum 1% coverage floor, using the latest FCC release. Rankings reflect aggregate averages, not tier-specific plan speeds available at any particular address.
Outbound links and affiliate disclosure
The Site links to internet service providers' marketing pages for user convenience. As of publication, no formal affiliate programs are in place and outbound clicks carry no commission attribution. In the future, we may participate in affiliate programs and receive compensation for resulting signups. Any such participation will be disclosed here, and rankings remain based on objective data criteria regardless of affiliate status.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
